All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, glassware, pots, and pans and a complimentary coffee/tea bar. There are no spices or condiments provided other than salt and pepper. * This is a smoke- and tobacco-free environment, both inside and outside. This includes all smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and all / any other use of tobacco products, marijuana, or other illegal substances, etc. service animals are allowed with permission and there is an additional pet fee. This is a new property and the homeowners wish to maintain the quality and integrity of the cabin by offering tobacco free, and smoke-free environment. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
